Office Manager / Senior Property Manager

Sara Grossini has been in the Property Management business since the office opened in 1983, and is a licensed Sales Agent representing PLUS Property Management for 36+ years; specializing in residential as well as commercial management. She manages townhomes and homes in the San Rogue and Rivera areas as well.

Sara is dedicated to the PLUS Property Management Mission Statement, striving always to “…build and maintain a strong return on your property investment, while eliminating the stress often associated with owning/leasing rental property.”

Sara works closely with owners to preserve their investment properties, while providing a quick response to service requests from tenants at all times.

It truly takes a love of this unique business to have the longevity and reputation within the community that Sara has earned.

Sara resides in Santa Barbara and takes advantage of all that Santa Barbara has to offer from the Arts, to all of the walking trails and beautiful beaches.
